Spiti Yoga is a yoga and pilates studio located right in the center of Athens. They have various types of yoga lessons on their schedule such as Hatha, vinyasa flow or aerial yoga; they also provide both group sessions for Matwork & Barefoot Barré method along with one to few person reformer training sessions at our studios. Our environment is warm, welcoming and open minded.
