Born in Brooklyn but with family ties on the island, I visited it initially as a tourist. During one such visit, I met my future spouse - an encounter that led me back again and again to settle down permanently in this wonderful country full of leisure pursuits, scenic beauty spots, sandy shores, lush tropical vegetation, fine dining experiences and much more besides ...
