I will meet you at the centre of the village and take a walking tour to find out more about it. Once back home we serve some local tapas before starting with cooking. You are free to join me or not; I do have plenty of aprons available so everybody who wants to cook along is very much welcome, however if you would rather watch and participate only when needed then this works too! The paella gets made fresh and I’ll tell its story and share the secretes behind the dish. Then we eat our meal together followed by desert and coffee until we conclude. This happens around my open air kitchen surrounded by nature where chickens roam freely among other creatures like two friendly neighbourhood felines and an adorable little doggy.
