Vineyard Rally with 3 Wine Tastings Get swept up by the beautiful scenery of Würzburg’s vineyards and take in breath-taking panoramic views over the town. You will learn more about Frankonian winemaking tradition and discover what our vintners hold dear. We greet you personally on site with a cup of Franken Sekt (Franconia Sparkling Wine). The event starts as a group activity - chosen team names help build camaraderie among participants. Teams receive questionnaires containing factual information about wines that they need to discuss amongst themselves. There are various challenges set out for each team along the route through the vines – including building an observation platform or laying down pipes! Creativity and teamwork skills are key here. A tasting session awaits everyone, testing their sense of sight, scent and palate when it comes to appreciating fine wines. You will naturally get the chance to sample some too.
