In the neighbourhood of Keramikos, Manu is our brand-new fish & seafood restaurant that sets sail on its journey committed to Zero Waste whilst dedicated in sourcing only the freshest produce available seasonally sourced directly from Greece's sea and lands. Our inspiration for this concept comes from an old tale where there was once a fisherman called Manu who rescued a fish during his time spent angling along a riverside; some years after he encountered the very same fish again when it swam upriver towards him as if seeking help - then proceeded to save Manu’s life by alerting him to an impending flood!
