Borobudur Sunrise

First we'll pick you up at your hotel at 3:15 am and head towards Manohara which is home to Borobudur’s VIP entrance. The journey takes an hour by car from Yogyakarta to Borobudur; make sure to enjoy this trip during the early morning. When arriving at Manohara our team members who are officially affiliated with Borobudur Temple will prepare a pair of sandals/flip flops along with tickets as well as provide a tour guide that can show you around locally. You have about one and half hours to see the sun rise over the temples while exploring its beautiful bas-relief carvings located atop each pagoda structure. After enjoying these views it's off back down to Manohara Resto for some much needed refreshments before starting another day filled with adventure!
