Dive in a semi-open cenote and admire this incredible scenery and the sunlight in the water. Finish your adventure with the cherry on top. ITS HISTORY Learn about the story behind this project, called Bejil-Ha and make yourself part of a local movement. Over eight years ago, this project was born with a specific goal: to rescue and protect the cenotes from our community. They were in a critical state as people used to mistreat them. It wasn’t until we took the initiative to clean and protect them that they have been preserved as beautiful as always. See it yourself and swim in these refreshing waters. The physical effort of our activities is minimal and is ideal for people between 5 and 65 years old. We can adjust to the pace of each group and their needs.

Ancestral Waters Cave Cenotes Jungle Walk & Meal

Begin your experience in the community of Chemuyil, in the municipality of Tulum, where young local guides welcome you. Receive all the necessary equipment, including a wetsuit, mask, life vest, before boarding a van that ventures about 30 minutes into the jungle to reach an exclusive area. Hike along rustic jungle trails to the first cenote, Uh, a mysterious cave where darkness reveals incredible landscapes and a deep sense of calm. Then, pass through a tunnel to Kin, a cenote surrounded by roots and stone columns, where—if the sky is clear—the sunlight creates a truly magical scene. End your journey at Templo Mayor, an awe-inspiring cave where the crystal-clear water feels almost unreal. Pause to breathe, reflect, and give thanks—for life, for nature, and for being here.
