In this class you can choose in between learning techniques to prepare a steak and a sauce, or a classic french ragout, such as boeuf bourguignon or blanquette de veau. Dessert wise, we will produce together the most used dough - the "pâte a chou" and pastry cream. Relax with a 3-course set menu lunch with starters, chosen main, dessert (that we will produce together!) , and a glass of wine. This option is available for small groups or private sessions.
