The tour's itinerary takes you to Cat Ba Island & Lan Ha Bay to enjoy the beauty of the Cat Ba World Archipelago Biosphere Reserve while avoiding the touristy areas. Here, you can explore the true beauty of the bay and experience the daily lives of the locals. While Lan Ha Bay offers unspoiled natural scenery with its beaches, caves, lagoons, and rock formations, Cat Ba Island boasts diverse terrestrial and marine ecosystems, contributing to an incredibly high level of biodiversity due to over half of the island being covered by the national park.
**Day 1:** Hanoi - Cat Ba Island - Lan Ha Bay (Lunch / Dinner)
**7:00–7:30 AM**: Pickup from your hotel in Hanoi for travel to Hai Phong City, the largest port in the Red River Delta. The scenic bus ride along the highway provides views of rice fields and local villages, passing through Southeast Asia's longest sea-crossing bridge.
**10:00 AM**: Arrival at Bến Gót Harbor (Cát Hải Island), followed by boarding a speedboat to Cat Ba Island. After a quick 5-minute ride, arrive at Cái Viềng Pier, offering stunning ocean views and the scent of the surrounding jungle within Cat Ba National Park.
**11:20 AM**: Arrive in Cat Ba Town, where our staff will greet you before transferring you to our office at Ben Beo Pier. A brief orientation session follows after arrival. You'll board a boat for a leisurely cruise past the floating villages inhabited by numerous families. Anchoring in the center of Lan Ha Bay, a delightful lunch will be served onboard.
