L’Estartit: Banana Boat Experience in the Medes Islands - Coastal Adventure Activity

DISCOVER SCUBA DIVING AT COSTA BRAVA COAST

Discover the incredible sensation of breathing underwater! NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED! Try Dive is the first contact with the underwater world. Enjoy a dive inside the Montgrí Natural Park. You will be accompanied at all times by an instructor, exclusive to each participant, making this an exciting and very safe experience. You will enjoy 20 minutes of diving, which will allow you to discover the wonders of the seabed. The next step to become a diver is the Open Water Diver course. If you did the Try Dive with us, you have a 10% discount on the course. BOOK NOW! People with asthma problems, diabetes, heart problems or eardrum perforation must present a medical certificate specifying that they have the aptitude for diving, before doing the activity. Pregnant women or people who have suffered a pneumothorax cannot do the activity. *Any equipment that gets broken, damaged or lost must be paid for by the participant.

ECO-KAYAKING TOUR WITH A GUIDE ON MEDIA ISLAND

This kayaking trip combines sports, sea and adventure, allowing us to explore the Medes Islands and their seabed. Over 2 hours and 30 minutes, depending on the weather conditions, participants attempt to reach the island group and circle around the largest of them, Meda Gran, stopping off en route to swim and replenish energy levels ahead of returning back to shore. Before setting off our expert guides provide an introduction covering essential techniques required for this water based experience; these are carried out using twin person sit-on-top kayaks designed with stability in mind - although if preferred there's one single seater available too! Throughout each session clients remain under constant supervision whilst being supported nearby should they need assistance within easy earshot – via another vessel powered by air pressure technology known commonly as 'inflatable'. Please note however responsibility lies firmly with customers themselves when it comes to looking after provided kit so anything accidentally broke/damaged /lost during use would require full payment towards replacement costs incurred directly attributable thereto.

Enjoy the boat journey to the islands and be captivated by the beauty, both above and below the surface, of this privileged environment. IMPORTANT: ACTIVITY RULES This activity is NOT freediving, but surface snorkeling. The use of long freediving fins is prohibited. No weights are to be left behind. Any equipment that gets broken, damaged or lost must be paid for by the participant.
